Blue & White Birthday "Crunch" Cake

I love making cakes for my boys. My son requested a "vanilla" cake for his birthday, so I made a white cake with crushed oreos and frosting in the middle, and did a little bit of piping with blue buttercream. Cute, simple and delicious!
